With three different brew method options (Manual, Chronomass, or Flow Meter Volumetrics) the Mavam Mach 2 Espresso Machine gives the barista options to achieve the best shot with repeatable results. The individual pumps for each brew group allow for uninterrupted brewing pressure and individual pressures per group.

The Mach 2 introduces the game-changing Piano Key Group Activation and keeps the popular ⅛-turn portafilter engagement, eliminating the repetitive and fatiguing twists and turns of historically outdated machines. The Mach 2 may be on-counter, but this super low-profile machine stands only 12.5” off the bench. This is simply the lowest commercial espresso machine on the market.

Internally, there are so many features that make the Mavam Mach 2 a professional barista's best friend, including 6mm precision ruby flow restrictors, seal-free steam wand ball joint, cool-touch steam wands, 20 billion cycle sensors on the steam and group activation, silicone gaskets, and two screw-removable side panels for easy access. The (patent pending) heated transfer system originated in the UC model provides unmatched temperature stability from shot to shot.
