The Appia Life Compact semi-automatic espresso machine builds on the success of its predecessor: the Appia. A machine of high productivity and high performance, the Appia Life further pushes the limits of the already proven espresso machine. It is capable of high productivity and high performance. Combine these attributes with its proven reliability and modern style, and you have the ideal machine for any environment.

The Appia Life Compact semi-automatic is the basic model of the Appia Life series in a smaller package to save on countertop space. This machine is more than capable of delivering high quality espresso, especially at the hands of a well-trained barista. The barista is in complete control of the machine during the extraction processes requiring them to both start and end each shot.

The Appia Life Compact semi-automatic espresso machine also features Nuova Simonelli’s Soft-Infusion System (SIS), which delivers a small amount of water at a low pressure to pre-wet or pre-infuse the espresso before ramping up to the full 9 bars of pressure. This helps to ensure that the coffee is saturated evenly, leading to more precise and better espresso extractions.
