The Appia Life Compact espresso machine builds on the success of its predecessor: the Appia. A machine of high productivity and high performance, the Appia Life further pushes the limits of the already proven espresso machine. It is capable of high productivity and high performance. Combine these attributes with its proven reliability and modern style, and you have the ideal machine for any environment.

The Appia Life Compact is the ideal commercial espresso machine for amazingly consistent coffee. Being volumetric, this machine allows baristas to program desired outputs and consistently pull shots at that volume throughout the day. Because the barista no longer has to monitor each and every shot, they are given precious time to interact with customers, begin another order, or start steaming milk, making the Appia Life Compact ideal for a number of shops and setups.

The Smart Wand modification replaces the manual steam handles with a button. The barista can place the wand in the pitcher of milk, and the Smart Wand will heat up to and shut off at the preset temperature. We recommend that the barista move the pitcher to texture the milk. This Smart Wand is straight and can be modified with a Steam Selector.

The Gooseneck Wand modification replaces the manual steam handles with a button. The barista can place the curved wand in the pitcher of milk, and the Gooseneck Autosteam will heat up to and shut off at the correct temperature. We recommend that the barista move the pitcher to texture the milk. This wand includes the Cool Touch technology, which prevents skin burns and milk from burning onto the wand.
