Mazzer Robur S Electronic Commercial Espresso Grinder

The Mazzer Robur S Electronic is the largest espresso grinder Mazzer builds, made for shops where the grinder never really stops. Its 71mm conical burrs turn at 500 RPM on 60Hz power and put out roughly five grams a second, which is how these end up behind some of the busiest drive-throughs in the country.

Size is what keeps it cool. Large conical burrs at low speed generate less heat than smaller flat burrs working harder, and a tailor-built cooling system with a double fan carries away what heat there is, so your dial-in holds instead of drifting as the morning builds. Dark and oily roasts that gum up flat burrs pass through without complaint. The Grind Flow Control insert ships with three interchangeable wire dampers, AntiClumping, AntiDust and Hybrid, so you can match flow to the coffee, the roast and even the weather.

Grinding is on demand and fires from the portafilter, the holder adjusts for hands-free dosing, and a tamping support base and manual tamper are included. Choose this over the Robur S Automatic if you want dose-by-dose control rather than a doser chamber.
